Book online or email CCA at info@caringcontinencesolutions.com.au to arrange a date and time that suits you.
A GP referral is not required.
We offer one hour appointments for self paying clients. If a formal report is not required you only pay for the time you use.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare for your assessment.
2. Meet online or by phone
You’ll receive your appointment link by email or text before your consultation.
Your assessment is conducted through secure Halaxy Telehealth, with the option of a video or phone consultation from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
What to expect during the assessment
Knowing what to expect can help make it easier to discuss your bladder and bowel concerns.
Before your appointment
Once your assessment is booked, you will complete a short questionnaire, consent form and a service agreement.
Depending on your issue, we may also ask you to complete a bladder or bowel diary for 2 or 3 days before your appointment. This helps us better understand your usual bladder and bowel patterns and any areas you would like to address.
During your assessment
Your assessment usually takes about approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
We will discuss your symptoms and what matters most to you.
We will also ask about your health, medications, bladder and bowel patterns, diet and fluids, mobility, routines, current continence products and support needs.
There will also be time for you to ask questions and talk about what you would like to achieve.
After your assessment
We will provide clear, personalised recommendations based on your individual needs and circumstances.
You will also receive a personalised clinical report outlining the assessment findings and recommendations.
For NDIS participants, the report can provide supporting information about your continence needs, recommended supports and products, where appropriate.
Where appropriate, we will discuss any further assessment, treatment or referral that may be helpful and explain the next steps.
Pricing and funding options
Our rates are set in strict alignment with official government pricing guidelines to ensure fair, transparent pricing for all clients.
Because our services are delivered 100% via telehealth, you will not pay for provider travel fees—saving your budget for the clinical care that matters most.
